Eran Schindler (MBA)

Mr. Eran Schindler has extensive experience in providing financial outsourcing and interim management services to growing high-tech companies backed by leading VCs and by private investors. He has supported Initial Public Offerings on Nasdaq and the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, private placements and M&A transactions, and managed diversified financial operations at different stages of a company’s lifecycle. Before founding Schindler Financial Consulting & Outsourcing, he served as CFO for Walla Communications Ltd (TA:WALLA), Commtouch Software Ltd (NASDAQ:CTCH) and a large private subsidiary of Koor Industries Ltd, one of the biggest holding companies in Israel. Mr. Schindler holds a bachelor's degree in Business Administration & Political Sciences and an MBA from the Hebrew University, Jerusalem.

Tal Dayagi (MA)

Mr. Tal Dayagi has extensive experience in financial, operation and managerial positions in firms that provide financial and risk management insurance services. Prior to joining Schindler, Mr. Dayagi served as the CEO of Brooks Keret , one of the leading out sourcing financial services firms in Israel where he lead significant and high volume of business development and operation activities. Before that Mr. Dayagi held several management positions in Davidoff Group, a leading insurance firm, where he acted as CFO at Davidoff Howden Insurance Brokers, and as COO at Davidoff Insurance Brokers.
Mr. Dayagi has a BA degree in Economy from the Academy College of Tel Aviv Jaffa, and a Masters degree in Law from Bar Ilan University .

Jacob (Kobi) Bar-Shalom, CPA (US), MBA

Mr Jacob Bar-Shalom has over 15 years of experience as CFO of international companies among them publicly traded companies and emerged companies that are backed by VCs. He is well versed in bringing startups from concept to reality and has substantial experience in IPO, Private Placements, PIPEs and venture lending facilities. Prior to joining Schindler, Mr. Bar-Shalom served as the Group CFO of Veolia Israel [NYSE: VE] a worldwide provider of environmental services. Before that, he was the CFO of Acro Technologies [NASDAQ:ACRI], a provider of detection devices for the homeland security market. Mr. Bar-Shalom served also as the CFO of Digital Fuel Technologies and prior to that served in managerial positions at Edusoft [NASDAQ:EDSF]. As CPA, Mr. Bar-Shalom worked in EY and BDO Seidman. Mr. Bar-Shalom holds an MBA from the Hebrew University in Jerusalem, and he is a Certified Public Accountant in the US.



Ofer Tzvibel (CPA Isr.)

Mr. Tzvibel provides our clients with strong expertise in financial managerial reporting, budgeting, accounting and other financial operating services. He also manages the required reporting mechanism involved in governmental incentive plans. Prior to joining Schindler Financial Consulting & Outsourcing, Mr. Tzvibel was an Audit Supervisor for KPMG Israel, where he served a number of public technology companies in managing their accounting, auditing and reporting procedures, as well as providing statistical and financial analysis. Mr. Tzvibel is an Israeli CPA with a BA in Business Administration.
